Types
Conversation types allow you to reuse themes and questions in multiple conversations. Once you have a good set of questions for a typical meeting, you never have to add them again!
Add them for your team!

Using Team Settings, you can add the conversation types for the whole Team. This enables you to streamline conversations, and share new insights about how to conduct a good conversation.

Need a PDF?

For every new conversation, you can generate a report that you can add to the CRM/ATS. It will contain answers to your questions, a summary, and more (depending on your license).
